Terms of Service

We provide independent consulting on car selection, market search, pre-purchase inspection and negotiation. We are not a dealer, we are not a broker, we are not a party to your purchase and we do not represent sellers.

Every service is priced in credits. One credit costs €0.10. The minimum purchase is 50 credits, and credits are always bought in blocks of 50. Prices shown in other currencies are converted from euro at the current exchange rate at the moment you view the page.

Credits are added to your account balance once your payment is received, and are then spent on the services you choose. Credits do not expire, do not accrue interest and cannot be transferred to another account.

An account is created during checkout together with your first credit purchase. We do not offer trials, demos or free plans. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password confidential; passwords must be at least 8 characters long.

Bank transfer is currently the only available payment method. After you place an order, the bank details and the payment reference are sent to your email address. Your order stays in the awaiting payment state and the service functionality remains locked until the transfer arrives. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are announced as coming soon and cannot be selected yet.

Scope is agreed before work starts and corresponds to the service you selected. Timelines depend on market conditions and the availability of suitable cars. Requirements analysis and model selection typically take 2–3 days; finding a specific car can take from a few days to a few weeks.

You provide accurate information about your budget, needs and constraints, and you make the final purchase decision. Our recommendations are advisory and are based on the information available at the time of analysis.

We are liable for the diligent preparation of our analysis. We are not liable for the seller's conduct, for hidden defects that available data could not reveal, or for market price movements after our report. Our total liability for a single service is limited to the credits spent on it.

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
