Acceptable Use Policy
A short set of rules that keeps the service fair, lawful and useful for everyone.

Permitted use
Your account, your credits and our reports are for your own car purchase decisions, or for a purchase you make on behalf of your household or your own business. You may share a report with the seller, a mechanic or a family member involved in the same purchase.
Prohibited activity
You agree not to:
- resell, republish or systematically redistribute our reports, shortlists or price assessments;
- use our analysis to operate a competing sourcing, appraisal or listing service;
- share account access with third parties or trade credits;
- submit listings or documents you have no right to submit, or falsified data;
- scrape, crawl or automate requests against the site;
- attempt to bypass the payment flow, probe security, or interfere with other users;
- use the service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of the listings, screenshots and documents you upload, and grant us the right to process them for the purpose of the service. Do not upload other people's personal data beyond what is needed to assess a car.
Enforcement
If we identify a breach we may pause the affected work, request clarification, or suspend the account. For serious or repeated breaches we may close the account; unused credits are refunded under the Refund Policy, except where the breach was unlawful.
Reporting misuse
If you believe someone is misusing our reports or your data, tell us and we will investigate promptly.
