Who we are

We are an independent car sourcing and inspection consultancy and the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Data we collect
We collect only the data you provide yourself, plus limited technical data needed to keep the website secure and working.
- Account data: first name, last name, email address and the password you set at checkout.
- Order data: the number of credits purchased, the currency, the promo code used and the selected payment method.
- Request data: budget, intended use, mileage expectations, preferences, listing links and any files you upload for analysis.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and essential cookie identifiers.
Why we process it
Account and order data are processed to create your account, issue an invoice, confirm your bank transfer and credit your balance. Request data is processed to deliver the service you spend credits on. Technical data is processed for security and fraud prevention.
The legal basis is the performance of a contract for account and order data, and our legitimate interest in a secure service for technical data. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
Payments
Bank transfer is currently the only available payment method. We receive your transfer reference and the amount from our bank; we never see or store full card numbers. When card, PayPal and Stripe payments become available, those transactions will be handled by the payment provider and we will receive only the confirmation and the last digits of the instrument.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: hosting, email delivery, and our bank or payment provider. All of them act on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
Retention
Order and invoicing records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Request data is kept for 24 months after the service is completed so we can answer follow-up questions, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing at any time. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
